Return Policy

Our customers have the right to return the products within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. A basic condition is that the product has not been worn, damaged or used and is in the same condition in which you received it, i.e. without its packaging being unsealed or tampered with and having all its tags.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The products that are requested “To Order”, as well as the products that are manufactured to the dimensions of each customer, are a special order and for this reason no returns are accepted.

You should be careful with measuring the dimensions.

In case you face a measurement problem, it is advisable to contact us immediately.

Return is also not accepted for products that have been processed, base of desired dimension e.g. sheets with elastic, pillows, etc. Also, for reasons of hygiene, no returns are accepted for sleep products, such as pillows and mattresses.

The product will be accompanied by the invoice or proof of retail purchase.

Otherwise, product returns are not accepted.

You can start the return process by sending an e – mail to info @ marioshome . gr . In case of a defective product, please send us by e – mail photos that will clearly illustrate the defect.

You can return for any reason, even if you just changed your mind. All returns must be received in the original condition you received the product in, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. It is necessary not to damage the products by testing them, not to damage their packaging and not to wash them.

Note: In case of product return due to the customer’s fault, the shipping costs are solely borne by the customer.

All our products undergo strict quality control, so that they are delivered to you in excellent condition. However, in the event of a defective product, the product will be replaced with an identical non-defective one, at no cost to you. It is important to check the product you received immediately and report any defect within no more than 5 days from the date of receipt.

Note: We make every effort to accurately reproduce the appearance of the products. We cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect color rendering. Different settings on computer monitors may have an effect on the appearance of product colors.

In case you want to exercise the consumer’s right of withdrawal, read below:

  • You have the right to withdraw from this contract without reason within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the product(s).
  • In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us for your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (e.g. letter to be sent by post – come or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, without this being mandatory, downloading it . We will send you without delay on a permanent medium (e.g. e-mail) confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal.
  • If you withdraw from this contract you must return the product(s) in the condition you received them with your retail receipt. The product must that it has not been washed, that it has not been used in any way, that it has all its tags and that its packaging has not been damaged . Refunds cannot be made if the product has been used after opening or if it is damaged. The return is made to the supplier (Marios home stories ) without undue delay and absolutely within 14 calendar days from the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. In this case  burden yourself  with the direct cost-expense of returning the goods.
  • The return of the item is accepted only if the Customer has previously paid any amount incurred by the company (Mários home stories ) for sending the product to him as well as the shipping costs for returning it.
  • Similarly, The company is obliged to return to you the price received as well as the delivery costs (excl of the additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day it is informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The company is entitled to delay the refund until it has received the goods back.
  • The company will execute the refund by depositing into a bank account indicated by the customer. In any event, you will not be charged for such refund.
  • You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result management other than that which is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

 

Information on handling defective products.

We would like to inform you that based on current European legislation, the products purchased by the consumer are covered by a minimum legal warranty of two years. Therefore, within these two years, the consumer has the right, in case he considers that a product is defective or does not correspond to the advertised appearance or function, to send us the product and then we will undertake the process of verifying or not what it says customer (verification is done either by the store itself or by the manufacturer/importer). In the event that the product proves to be defective due to manufacturing, then the consumer may request repair of the product or replacement of the product or reduction of the price or cancellation of the contract and a full refund of the amount paid. If the product is not found to be defective then it is simply returned to the consumer. Also, in the event that the customer sends a defective product to the store, then he pays the shipping costs himself. If the product turns out to be defective, then the shipping costs must be reimbursed by the store to the customer.
