Shipping methods

Picking up your order at marioshome can be done in 2 ways. You can either pick it up at your door or from our physical store in Veria. If you choose collection from the store, then you are not charged with transport costs regardless of the cost of your order.

Shipping

That marioshome . gr brings the order to your door in collaboration with courier companies , without being charged for transport, as long as your order exceeds €49. 

• For orders under €49 the charge will be €3.
• In case you choose a payment method via cash on delivery, the fee will be 2€ extra regardless of the order amount.

Delivery times for orders range from 9am to 5pm. In the event that you are unable to collect within this time frame, you have the option to collect from the courier’s store with the help of the shipping code we send you via sms and e – mail . 

If we encounter a problem in processing your order (such as a product missing from the manufacturer), a representative of ours will call you on the contact number you have provided, so that we can find a solution together to best serve you. 

All orders start processing by us on the next business day (Weekends are not considered working). In case the products you have chosen are not immediately available, your order will be sent by us on the exact day we collect the products. 

If, for some special reason, you require your order earlier, you can call us to see how we can modify it so that you have it as soon as possible. We will make every effort to serve you.

For shipments to abroad we will need to get in touch by phone or e – mail to calculate shipping costs and estimated delivery time. The total cost of the order and shipping is calculated at the time of order completion and should be paid before shipping by bank deposit or with card .

Pickup from the store

If you wish, you can pick up from our physical store at Veria (19 Panagi Tsaldari).

As soon as your order arrives at the store you will be informed by sms and e – mail to know when you can come and pick it up. Orders can be held on hold for up to 10 days after you receive notification that they have arrived at the store.

In our store you can also see up close a large part of our collection of sheets, throws, towels , tablecloths, seasonal items (quilts, blankets , duvet covers etc ) and other linen and decorative items.

Store hours: Mon – Wed- Sat : 08:30-14:30 & Tue- Thurs -Fri: 08:30-14:00 and 17:00-21:00.

Payment for your purchases in stores can be made with cash or using a debit card card.
